BEYOND OUR CONTROL:
This guarantee does not cover our magnetic signs that have "blown off" the vehicle. Unfortunately, we cannot control the wind factor in your area or the proper installation of the magnetic sign. We use the highest quality magnetic material in the industry. Under normal driving and normal weather conditions, our magnetic signs should remain on the vehicle.
ARTWORK OMMISIONS AND ERRORS:
Our magnetic signs are printed "as is" based on customer's accepted response to our "proof copy". In other words, the approval by the customer of the artwork proof is considered final acceptance of the order and any errors or omissions not noted by the customer prior to printing is considered "final acceptance" and will supercede other written and oral instructions.
Color matching is an inexact science. We will attempt to reasonably match colors. However, since actual print color samples are not exchanged, this guarantee does not cover color variances.
DEALING WITH ISSUES:
If you have a problem with
your order, please contact your MagneticSignsOntime representative
by e-mail, phone, fax or letter within 2 days of receipt
of your order. At our sole option, MagneticSignsOntime may elect to issue a refund
for the defective portion at the incremental rate
in lieu of replacement. We will
notify you within 2 business days of our decision,
and if a reprint is warranted, the defective order/portion
reprint will immediately be placed into a normal production
cycle.
MagneticsignsOntime's maximum liability shall be the replacement
of the defective order (or portion of the order) or
a prorated refund based on the incremental rate up
to the purchase price of the job in question.
